The TCL 2213-3 products are active Ethernet Repeaters for bus topology10 MB-per-second unshielded twisted pair networks. These Repeatersprovide one modular RJ-45 twisted pair link and two other interface ports(AUI, BNC, or Fiber Optic). The 2213-3 series Repeaters are compatiblewith the IEEE 802.3 10Base-T, 10Base5, 10Base2, and 10Base-FL/FOIRLstandards.All models of the 2213-3 series feature Auto Partitioning, CollisionPropagation, Packet Regeneration, Jabber Protection, and Illegal PacketSuppression. The maximum allowable distance between the 2213-3 and aworkstation or network device (including other repeaters) via unshieldedtwisted pair wiring is 100 meters. The 2213-3 repeaters also havePolarity Sensing with automatic correction and Network IntegrityMonitoring to ensure a proper link between the repeater and the station.These units have diagnostic LED indicators (power, receive, collision,partition, link) which display Repeater status.TCL 2213-3 Three Port Repeaters feature rugged, yet lightweight, metalenclosures. Their compact size makes them ideal for either desktop orwall-mounted applications (using the optional mounting bracket P/N A6-WB). Our rackmount kit (P/N 2600-RMK) accommodates two units mountedside-by-side in a 19-inch rack.
